CALINE FARAH

Câline Farah is a Lebanese-French artist born in Beirut. She’s always been drawn to beauty—whether in art, nature, or the divine. Though she first pursued a career in law, working in Lebanon and Dubai, her heart was always with art. Eventually, she made the bold decision to leave her legal path behind and follow her true calling. Her journey with painting actually began at the age of four, thanks to a graceful teacher named Madame Blanche. Câline still remembers painting a pebble as a gift for her father—a small moment that sparked something big. In 2005, she began taking classes in Dubai and later in Lebanon. What started as a joyful escape quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Since then, she has been teaching herself with dedication and curiosity, constantly exploring new ideas and materials. Her work has evolved from realism and figurative painting to abstraction, where she finds the freedom to express emotion and energy. She works with oil, acrylic, pastel, charcoal, watercolor, and gold leaf—mixing techniques and textures as part of her constant creative discovery. Since 2019, Câline has devoted herself entirely to her art. She has taken part in numerous group exhibitions and contributed to charity auctions in Beirut, Dubai, and New York—supporting causes close to her heart, including cancer care and scholarships. Having lived through the Lebanese war, her art is infused with light, color, and a deep desire to share hope and joy.
