Rana Abboud has integrated her love for architecture into her thriving art practice. Her passion for color shines through in her paintings, which feature palette knives and brushstrokes. These techniques allow her to create emotive, impressionistic landscapes and seascapes, showcasing her understanding of color and space. The paintings employ an impressionistic, semi-abstract style, in which textures and colors convey emotion and atmosphere rather than precise details.
“My art is centered on nature, mainly landscapes and seascapes, with a vivid color palette.
Even when I depict the human form, I approach it with the same sensibility as a landscape.”
Rana began collaborating with Artists of Beirut in 2025 and her work has been notably showcased in Artists of Beirut collective exhibition in June 2025 at Arthaus Beirut, Lebanon.
